Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 2 July 2026
These Terms govern your use of TreMed and your purchase of medicines and lab-test services through our website and app. By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be 18 or older and capable of entering a binding contract. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, including delivery address, patient details and prescriptions.
2. Medicines & prescriptions
Prescription (Rx) medicines are dispensed only against a valid prescription from a registered medical practitioner, subject to verification by our licensed pharmacist. We may refuse, hold, or cancel any order that does not meet legal or clinical requirements. Schedule H/H1/X and other regulated drugs are handled per applicable rules.
3. Lab tests & reports
Diagnostic services are provided via partner laboratories accredited for the relevant tests. Reports are for informational purposes and are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Always consult a qualified doctor.
4. Pricing & payment
Prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We may correct pricing errors and recompute totals at checkout. Payment is processed through third-party gateways; order confirmation is subject to successful payment or valid cash-on-delivery selection.
5. Cancellations & refunds
Cancellations, returns and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Dispensed medicines are generally non-returnable except where damaged, expired or incorrectly supplied.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the platform, provide false information, attempt to obtain medicines unlawfully, or infringe our or others' rights. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the relevant order or booking. We are not liable for outcomes arising from misuse of products or failure to follow medical advice.
8. Governing law & grievances
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts of competent jurisdiction. For complaints, contact our Grievance Officer at grievance@tremed.in.
