TreMed ("we", "us") is committed to protecting your privacy and handling your personal data responsibly, in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) and other applicable law.

1. Information we collect

  • Identity & contact data: name, email, phone, delivery/collection address.
  • Health-related data you provide: prescriptions, patient details for lab bookings, test selections.
  • Order & transaction data: items purchased, amounts, payment status (we never store full card/UPI credentials).
  • Technical data: device, app/browser, and usage information.

2. How we use your data

To create and manage your account; fulfil medicine orders and lab bookings; arrange home sample collection and delivery; process payments and refunds; send transactional updates; provide support; meet legal, pharmacy and diagnostics obligations; and, with your consent, send offers you can opt out of at any time.

3. Sensitive & health data

Prescriptions, reports and patient details are sensitive personal data. We store them with access controls, encrypt them in transit, keep report and prescription files private (accessible only via short-lived signed links), and share them only with the partner pharmacy, laboratory or phlebotomist required to fulfil your request.

4. Sharing

We share data with payment gateways, delivery/logistics partners, diagnostic laboratories, and communication providers strictly to deliver the service, and with authorities where required by law. We do not sell your personal data.

5. Your rights

You may access, correct, or request deletion of your data, withdraw consent, and grieve a decision. To exercise these rights, contact our Grievance Officer below.

6. Retention & security

We retain data only as long as necessary for the purposes above or as required by pharmacy/tax law, and apply row-level security, encryption and least-privilege access to protect it.
