How do I order medicines?

Search or browse for your medicines, add them to your cart, and check out with a delivery address. You can order as a guest or sign in to track your orders.

Do I need a prescription?

Some medicines are marked 'prescription required'. In this demo you can still add them to your cart; in a live setup you'd upload a valid prescription at checkout.

How does home sample collection work?

Pick your tests, choose a patient, select a date and time slot, and confirm. A trained phlebotomist collects your sample from home — free of charge.

When will I get my lab report?

Report timelines are shown on each test (often within 24 hours). Once ready, you can download it from your account under My Bookings.

What are the delivery charges?

Delivery is free on medicine orders above ₹500. Below that, a small delivery fee applies. Lab home collection is always free.

Is my payment secure?

This is a demonstration project, so all payments are simulated and no real money is charged.

Can I cancel or return an order?
